Everything Olauda does.

A complete tour of the app. Each part is short on purpose — Olauda is meant to be understood without a manual.

1

Tasks

Homework, exams and Dalton assignments for the whole group live in one list. Someone adds a task once — subject, due date, description, attachments — and everyone has it. If the same subject already has an entry for that day, you're asked before a duplicate appears.

  • Homework, exams and Dalton, filterable by type and subject
  • Photos, PDFs and Office files on any task
  • Tick off for yourself, without affecting anyone else
  • Pin what matters; past tasks move to the archive

2

Timetable

Admins build the timetable once in a visual editor: lessons, rooms, breaks and courses. Save the courses you take and you only see your own lessons. Substitutes, room changes and cancellations are entered live and show up immediately for everyone they affect.

  • Week view on desktop, one day at a time on phones
  • Only the courses you take
  • Cancellations, substitutes and room changes
  • The next lesson, right on your dashboard

3

Announcements

Moderators and admins post a short notice — a school trip, an early finish, a moved exam — and it appears at the top of the app for every member. Anyone who hasn't read it yet gets a notification.

  • Shown to every member at once
  • Three levels: info, warning and important
  • Several at once, one tap apart
  • Notifications for unread announcements

4

Group chat

Every group has its own chat, so homework no longer drowns in a messenger group. Members appear under generated aliases, so nobody has to share their phone number.

  • Replies to individual messages
  • See who's typing
  • Copy, report and delete messages
  • Choose which roles may write

5

Groups and roles

A group is a class, a course or a club. Whoever creates it owns it and decides what members, moderators and admins may do. Standard groups suit grades 1 to 10; Abitur groups manage whole year groups with basic and advanced courses.

  • Invite links that expire and can be revoked
  • Roles with fine-grained permissions
  • Subjects, courses and a timetable editor
  • Remove and ban members
  • Abitur groups with GK and LK courses
  • Dalton as an optional group setting

6

Private space

A to-do list that belongs to you alone — shopping, training, the book you promised to finish. Private tasks are stored encrypted and visible only to you; not even your group's admins can see them.

  • Encrypted with AES-256-GCM
  • Visible only to you
  • Drag to reorder, edit and duplicate
  • Tick off when done

8

Account and security

Your account is protected by a verified email address, optional two-factor authentication and an overview of every device you're signed in on. If you want to leave, you delete your account yourself — no request, no waiting.

  • Email verification
  • Two-factor authentication with any authenticator app
  • Sign in with Google
  • See and end active sessions
  • Reset a forgotten password by email
  • Delete your account at any time
